Do you provide International delivery?

We offer international delivery to Europe & The rest of the world, shipments outside of the UK may be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.

Please refer to delivery options for prices.

How do I return an item?

 

 If you wish to exchange or return your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order. Its your responsibility to return your purchase if require a refund or exchange. We must be informed before returning your item at info@cartersole.com.

We do not use a paper form for any returns/exchanges please email us if you wish to return or exchange an item.

What is your returns policy?

 

All purchases need to arrive back unworn in the original box, There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back. All tags and contents of the box need to be present for full refund to be authorised.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

if you are approved then your refund will be processed within 7 days back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order.

International returns?

 

All International orders must be returned within 28days of purchase. if you require an exchange an additional delivery fee will apply.

How do I track my order?

 

Tracking numbers will be issued when the item has been shipped.

What are your delivery options?

   

UK - Royal mail signed for- Free shipping

Europe- Royal mail tracked and signed for £15.00

Rest of the world- Royal mail international tracked and signed for - £25.00 

Some products will have a shipping cost.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery takes between 3-5 working days from the time of your item being shipped depending on your location.

Europe 5-7 working days.

Rest of the world working 7-14 days.

 

Orders placed during the working days of Monday-Friday and before the daily cut off time of 14:30hrs will be fulfilled on the same day. Any orders placed outside of the mentioned days and cut off time, will be despatched on the next working day. During certain periods of the year such as bank holidays and Christmas, it may not be possible to fulfil the order till after those times.

All orders will be shipped using our recyclable shipping bags. our commitment is to use less plastic as possible. 

Do you do women's sizes?

 

Our current range our men's sizes, however if women would like to purchase you will need to order a size down from your original size. e.g. Men's size 5 is a Women's size 6.
